Manish leads data and analytics at PiggiBack, building the intelligence layer that transforms real-world journeys into structured, auditable and decision-ready datasets.

With over two decades of experience in data engineering, business intelligence and data architecture, he has designed and delivered end-to-end data warehouse and reporting solutions across sectors including insurance, healthcare and large-scale operational systems. His expertise spans data modelling, ETL pipeline design and cloud-based data environments, including Microsoft Azure, enabling scalable and high-performance data infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Manish has worked with complex, high-volume datasets — integrating multiple data sources, ensuring data quality, and delivering insights that directly support operational and strategic decision-making. His work includes building dimensional models, real-time reporting systems and governed data environments aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

At PiggiBack, he is responsible for validating the platform’s core thesis through data — enabling the detection, measurement and reporting of return journeys, efficiency gains and CO₂ impact. His work ensures that every insight generated by the platform is structured, defensible and scalable.
